At Arc Broward's School of Hire, we're helping young people with disabilities discover their strengths, explore careers, build confidence, and prepare for exciting futures. And we're looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and encouraging person to join the adventure!

Forget spending your entire day behind a desk. This is a hands-on, people-focused job where you'll be out in the community, connecting with local businesses, cheering on students, and celebrating the little victories that lead to BIG accomplishments.

What Will You Actually Do?

You'll work alongside our team to bring learning to life!

• Accompany and transport students to community businesses and learning experiences.
• Coach students as they practice real-world job skills.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and self-advocacy.
• Help turn classroom lessons into hands-on experiences.
• Support students as they work toward personal and career goals.
• Be the person who believes in their potential and helps them see it, too!

A Few Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience supporting youth with disabilities.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Ability to successfully complete a Level II background check, physical, and drug screening.
