Build Your Career in Healthcare & Insurance
Looking for a first professional role where you can do meaningful work, develop marketable skills, and build experience that opens doors?
As a Healthcare Claims Analyst at Intellivo, you'll gain hands-on experience across healthcare claims, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), insurance operations, reimbursement, and financial recovery while managing real cases with real financial impact.
You won't spend your first year simply observing or doing administrative work. You'll be trusted with your own portfolio, learn how to analyze complex information, communicate with legal professionals, solve problems, make decisions, and move cases toward resolution.
Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior healthcare, insurance, or RCM experience is not required. We'll teach you the industry and Intellivo's recovery model.
If you're analytical, organized, curious, and ready to take ownership of meaningful work, this is an opportunity to build a strong foundation for a career in healthcare, insurance, financial operations, claims, RCM, or business operations.
What You'll Do
From the start, you'll have meaningful responsibility and your own portfolio of work. You will:
- Own and actively manage a portfolio representing approximately $3M-$5M in financial exposure
- Communicate directly with attorneys to gather information, resolve questions, and advance cases
- Monitor case progress, identify barriers or delays, and take action to keep work moving
- Investigate missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and determine how to resolve gaps
- Review and analyze healthcare claims, case information, reimbursement activity, and supporting documentation to determine what needs to happen next
- Evaluate new information and determine when additional investigation, follow-up, or escalation is needed
- Prepare clear, professional communications and maintain accurate case documentation
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting expectations for quality, timeliness, productivity, and outcomes
- Take ownership of your portfolio and its progression from assignment through resolution
You May Be a Great Fit If...
You are:
- An early-career professional interested in growing your experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial operations
- A recent college graduate ready to begin your professional career
- Analytical and enjoy evaluating information, identifying gaps, and determining what should happen next
- A strong communicator who is comfortable speaking and writing professionally
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases and priorities
- Curious and enjoy investigating information and solving problems
- Detail-oriented while still keeping sight of the overall objective
- Comfortable learning structured processes and applying them consistently
- Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and keeps work moving
- Motivated by clear goals and measurable results
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience considered
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior healthcare, insurance, claims, or Revenue Cycle Management experience is not required
