About the role
As a National Retail Leader, you are responsible for shaping and delivering Brand identity and retail
performance across an entire market. You set the direction for your country, lead a team of Senior
Retail Leaders, and ensure the business delivers on its commercial, customer, and cultural ambitions
at scale. You bring deep retail expertise, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to influence at the
highest levels of the organisation. You translate global strategy into market-relevant execution, build
