Key AccountabilitiesPerform routine repairs and maintenance across hotel facilities and guest areas.Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests for assistance or repairs.Complete tasks from the maintenance checklist, work request system, and verbal instructions.Log and report all defects, repairs, and actions taken accurately.Ensure public areas and equipment are safe, clean, and fully operational.Liaise with tradespeople or the Chief Engineer for complex repairs.Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with WH&S guidelines.Support other departments with maintenance-related needs and requests.Rotate as Duty Technician and attend scheduled meetings and training sessions.
