Position Summary:
The Grill Prep Cook is responsible for the preparation, production, and display of all foods served in the Grill ensuring the efficiency of the Grill operation in accordance with Fortune Bay Resort Casino specifications and standards.
Qualifications – Education and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- None required.

- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under stress, in a fast-paced environment.

- Responsible/reliable, flexible, and confident.
- Ability to ensure a safe working environment by complying with safety rules and reporting potential hazards.

Physical Demands:
