Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about grilling, attentive to detail, and able to thrive in a busy kitchen environment. You will prepare grilled menu items to perfection, ensuring consistency and quality with every plate.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook grilled menu items according to club recipes and standards
• Operate and maintain grill equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper station setup, cleanliness, and organization
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff for smooth service
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation policies

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a grill cook or in a similar position
• Expertise in grilling techniques and equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Food handler certification (ServSafe or equivalent) preferred
