What You'll Take On:
- Develop original, engaging visual concepts and marketing materials across digital, social media, print, and in-store channels while upholding Next brand guidelines.
- Contribute to campaign pitch decks by shaping research, colour palettes, campaign names, taglines, logo variations, animated logos, and product applications.
- Keep up-to-date with design industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights with the wider team to build an inspiring resource bank.
- Continuously evaluate competitor marketing activity to make strategic recommendations that preserve Next’s position as a market leader.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, campaign teams, and retail teams to deliver impactful designs on time and exceed customer expectations.

- Confidence in story boarding, pitching concepts, and presenting ideas to internal teams, managers, and directors.
- High attention to detail, a flexible approach across multiple briefs, and a genuine enthusiasm for retail and fashion trends.
