Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Golf Shop Attendant to join our team at the Midtown location. This role is essential in delivering a first-class experience to our members and guests by providing excellent service in the golf shop and supporting daily golf operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Assist with merchandise sales, restocking, and inventory management
- Schedule tee times and manage the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop
- Provide information about club events, merchandise, and services
- Support golf staff with tournament preparation and execution
- Always ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of golf and golf merchandise is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
