Ciocca Automotive is seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented General Manager to lead our Hanover Honda dealership. This is an opportunity for a proven automotive leader who knows how to build strong teams, drive dealership performance, maximize profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Lead overall dealership operations and drive profitability across all departments.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue, and profitability objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers while holding teams accountable for results.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics daily, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans.
- Build a culture focused on accountability, employee development, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent.
- Ensure consistent execution of dealership processes, standards, and operating objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of automotive dealership management experience, preferably in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
- Proven ability to drive sales, gross profit, and overall dealership profitability.
- Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop management teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and commitment to CSI.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
