About the role
The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, implement, and maintain web‑based applications across front‑end and back‑end environments, supporting Dhahran Techno Valley Holding Company's digital transformation initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, the role ensures solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with corporate IT policies and cybersecurity standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of full‑stack development experience delivering web applications.
- Proficiency with modern front‑end frameworks (React.js, Angular or Vue.js).
- Strong back‑end skills in Node.js, .NET Core, Python or Java.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Hands‑on experience with relational (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or Oracle Cloud) and secure coding practices.
- Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
