Full Stack Application Developer (1 Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Join the team supporting the Futures Collateral Management Tool (CMT, App 7558) and related business applications. This hands-on role combines full-stack development and cloud infrastructure maintenance with operational support. The resource will work closely with the team and contribute to upcoming knowledge transfer.
• The team values reliable ownership, disciplined follow-through, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to application support. The resource is expected to manage assigned work independently, ask for context when needed, and keep the team informed as development and operational priorities evolve.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Software Development
• Good at English communication
• Strong discipline and self-management
• Collaborative working style: work closely with the broader team, including during knowledge transfer.
• Proactive communication: raise blockers early, coordinate operational handoffs, and participate in two scheduled meetings per week plus ad hoc meetings.
• Technical Skills

• Java and Spring: ability to maintain and troubleshoot Java/Spring backend applications.
• Python and AWS Lambda: experience supporting serverless application components.
• Terraform: experience maintaining infrastructure-as-code and cloud configuration.
• Full-stack development: confidence working across back-end and front-end code; React/TypeScript.
• Application operations: a practical approach to troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, and file-transfer support.

Nice to have: 

• Experience with financial-market applications such as XTP, CDCC, or OCC or similar financial-market applications.
• Experience working with multinational or remote teams.
