About the role
We’re Hiring: Store Manager
Clarks | East Coast Mall, Kuantan
Passionate about retail and leading a team? Join Clarks East Coast Mall as our Store Manager and lead the team in delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets and keeping daily store operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities
Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and staff scheduling.
Manage stock accuracy, replenishment and stocktakes.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and a clean, welcoming store.
Train and develop team members in product knowledge, shoe fitting and selling skills.
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What we’re looking for
Previous retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in footwear, fashion or a related industry.
Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
A track record of driving sales and motivating a team.
Good organisational skills and confidence in managing daily store operations.
Availability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
