- Shift delivery models toward system-led execution, leveraging automation and AI to streamline workflows.
- Continuously assess and improve channel delivery and the reconciliation processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control effectiveness.
Project & Execution Management (Core Strength Area)
- Lead end-to-end project execution for channel delivery and reconciliation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
- Provide regular updates and high-quality presentations to leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Drive team performance, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration to meet strategic goals.
Backlog Reduction & Operational Efficiency
- Own and actively reduce existing reconciliation backlog through prioritization and scalable solutions.
- Identify inefficiencies, implement automation, and introduce continuous improvement practices to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to automate exception handling, data validation, and reporting processes.
Transformation & Innovation (Core Strength Area)
- Lead the adoption of AI, machine learning, and innovative tools to modernize reconciliation workflows.
- Identify automation opportunities across data validation, exception management, and reporting.
- Champion new systems, tools, and ways of working that increase scalability, transparency, and control.
Technical & Systems Leadership
- Leverage and guide the use of Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Alteryx to support reconciliation, automation, and scalable reporting.
- Translate business needs into system-based solutions, partnering with technical teams for implementation.
- Monitor and reconcile channel partner entitlement data within Salesforce to ensure accuracy of conversions, renewals, rebills, and cancellations.
- Perform validation testing on Sandbox environments for system changes before deployment.
Core Reconciliation, Controls & Compliance
- Conduct regular fulfillment reconciliations for manual and channel partner platforms, ensuring data accuracy aligned with Salesforce billing.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, working closely with internal teams to rectify errors promptly.
- Collaborate with Research Ops and other teams to complete reconciliation requests and ensure compliance with SOX standards.
- Maintain documentation and records demonstrating SOX compliance and audit readiness.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on channel delivery processes and controls.
Business & Stakeholder Engagement
- Apply deep business knowledge to decision-making, prioritization, and process design.
- Work across teams to align transformation efforts, automation initiatives, and reconciliation priorities.
- Influence stakeholders at multiple levels through effective communication, data-driven insights, and relationship management.
- Effectively communicate reconciliation status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and cross-functional partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, reconciliation, order-to-cash, or related environments, with demonstrated leadership in process improvement and automation.
