Pay: $18.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | 30+ hours per week
Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

At HealthCARE Express, we're looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic individual to join our team as a Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.)!
This isn't just another front desk job. As the first person our patients meet, you'll help set the tone for their entire visit. From offering a warm welcome to keeping things organized behind the scenes, you'll play an important role in making sure every patient has a positive experience.
What You'll Do
As a Director of First Impressions, you'll help keep our clinic running smoothly while providing exceptional customer service. Your daily responsibilities will include greeting and checking in patients, answering phone calls, verifying patient information and insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
You'll also work closely with our providers and clinical staff to ensure patients receive the care and attention they deserve from check-in to check-out.
Our clinics are fast-paced, and no two days are exactly alike! We're looking for someone who can stay organized, adapt to changing needs, and jump in to help wherever needed. At HealthCARE Express, we believe "Everything is My Job," and teamwork is a big part of what makes our clinics successful.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable using computers, and able to multitask in a busy environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
Previous medical office experience is a plus, but it's not required. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, willing to grow, and ready to be part of a team!
