Front Desk & Patient Care Associate (Chiropractic / Wellness)

About the Role
Do you love working with people and want a job where you see the difference you make every day? We’re looking for a friendly, organized professional for our Rockville office.

This role is part front desk and part hands-on patient care. You’ll welcome patients, keep the schedule running smoothly, and help them get set up for treatment. No experience with it is needed. We’ll fully train you.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming experience
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the day running on time
• Explain to new patients what to expect at their visits
• Utilize the DRX-9000 technology to assist patients recovering from bulging and herniated discs through spinal decompression
• Monitor patients during treatment and check in on their progress
• Keep accurate notes for each visit

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a caring and authentic personality
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle several things at once
• You communicate clearly and kindly
• You do well in a busy, upbeat office

Great Backgrounds for This Role

• Front desk or receptionist in a medical, dental, chiropractic, or physical therapy office
• Med spa, wellness center, or gym front desk
• Medical assistant, chiropractic assistant, physical therapy aide, or patient care roles

Pay and Details

• Full-time, hourly, plus monthly bonuses
• $16.50–$25+/hour total earning potential
• Paid training, plus comprehensive benefits package
