French Speaking - Technical Support Analyst - Student Position

About the Role

• Provide accurate information and support regarding products and services.
• Handle customer requests, complaints, and follow-up activities professionally.
• Document customer interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Active student status.
• Advanced French language skills (C1 level or higher).
• Communicative English language skills (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
