About the role
We don't need someone to update the budget template. We need someone who can tell the leadership team what the numbers mean and what to do about them.
Right now, too much of our finance time goes into pulling data together and not enough into using it. You'll change that. You'll build the forecast people actually trust, find the story in the variances, and sit in the room when decisions get made.
If you've ever finished a model and thought "the interesting part is what we do with this," keep reading.

- Create complex models, budget and forecast
- Analyze financial results, identify variances, and explain key trends
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses
- Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, inventory, and profitability
- Partner with Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to evaluate performance and identify cost saving opportunities
- Support reporting improvements, data accuracy, and ERP system optimization
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to management

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling abilities
- Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
- Experience in distribution, or manufacturing preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience with multi-location or multi-entity businesses
- A CPA, CFA or MBA is a plus
