The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Work as a hands-on engineer who builds product features and also spends significant time with customers, handling integrations, live demonstrations and hands-on onboarding in person. The role balances engineering work with customer-facing delivery across a small, early-stage team.
What you'll do
- Take integration projects from the initial conversation to a working production setup, pairing with external developers and tracing problems across both codebases.
- Build features for user-facing web products, held to enterprise-grade quality.
- Create developer documentation, quickstarts and sample integrations so customers can adopt the platform's APIs and SDKs quickly.
- Build demonstrations and pilot projects that are robust enough to run in production.
- Convert recurring customer requests into well-supported product roadmap items.

- Comfort presenting live demonstrations and independently owning a customer onboarding.
- Familiarity with AI agents and large language model tooling.
- Ability to work roughly six days a week, Sunday through Friday.
