Forward Deployed Claude (Senior) Engineer (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

• You work directly at the client and deliver Claude rollouts technically: setting up Claude Enterprise, Claude Code and Claude Cowork, connecting identity and permission systems, and supporting the security and compliance review
• You connect Claude to the client’s system landscape and build MCP servers, connectors, skills and plugins to enterprise standards – with secure development, automated testing, CI/CD and audit trails
• You redesign processes with Claude together with business departments and build agents and AI applications with the Claude API and the Claude Agent SDK – from prototype to production
• You make quality and impact measurable, with evaluations for skills and agents as well as usage and before-and-after metrics
• You enable the client’s teams together with our Adoption Lead through hands-on trainings, pairing and playbooks the client can continue on its own
• You work directly with Anthropic’s teams and turn good solutions into building blocks and accelerators for further clients

YOUR PROFIL

• You have a master’s degree with a good to very good academic record in economics, business informatics, or a technical, natural science, mathematical, or related discipline.
• For the Consultant role, you bring 1–2 years of professional experience
  • Additionally at Senior Level: For the Senior Consultant role, you bring 2–5 years of professional experience
• You have built and shipped software for regulated companies such as banks or insurers and know requirements such as DORA, MaRisk and GDPR
• You program confidently in Python, TypeScript or Java and master code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD and secure software development
• You have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud), identity management (e.g. Entra ID, OAuth/OIDC) and integration into complex system landscapes
• You have already delivered LLM applications or AI agents professionally and use Claude intensively, e.g. Claude Code or the Claude API
• You enjoy engaging with clients, explain complex things simply and like teaching others
• You have excellent German and English skills (at least C1) and are willing to travel
