THE TEAM

The mission of the Food & Beverage Department is to surprise and delight our guests with Everyday Luxury food and beverage experiences. Building loyalty with existing clients and employees, while attracting new.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class food and beverage program. As the Seasonal Service Associate, A-OK Café, you will support with delivering extraordinary experiences, and managing transactions, services, and the service counter to create memorable moments for our Clients.

As the Seasonal Service Associate, A-OK Café, you will:

• Connect with guests, creating an engaging and welcoming experience with each visit from arrival to departure.
• Provide an exceptional client experience, that is timely and elevated.​​

• Deliver a seamless and operationally invisible experience.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Seasonal Service Associate, A-OK Café has:

• Proven skills and/or experience in Food & Beverage/Hospitality.
• The passion for providing world-class client service and building long lasting client relationships.
• An aspirational sense of individual style.
• An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences.
• An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate.
• The desire to thrive on a high-performance team.

THE LOGISTICS

As a Seasonal Service Associate, you can:

• Commit to a fixed term contract through mid-February 2027*.
• Work a minimum of 24 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week also available).
• Work up to 32 hours per week during our peak sales periods (Nov. 16 to Nov. 29, Dec. 14 to Jan. 10).
• Work evenings and weekends.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $40 USD/hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
