About The Role
- Support the development of regional Food & Beverage strategies through market research, competitive analysis, and business insights.
- Coordinate regional F&B projects, including restaurant concepts, menu innovation, sustainability programs, and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyse performance metrics, prepare reports and presentations, and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
- Research emerging consumer trends, sustainability practices, and technology innovations to enhance guest experiences across the region.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline.
- Strong passion for food, beverage, and the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
