Required Experience:
- With an active FINRA License
Job Scope:
Provide retirement planning guidance by assessing customers' financial situations and retirement goals.
Assist customers with retirement account options, including IRAs, 401(k)s, and other retirement investments.
Process retirement-related transactions in compliance with FINRA regulations and company policies.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding retirement products, services, investments, and account management.
Educate customers on retirement planning strategies, investment options, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activities, and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex account or retirement-related concerns promptly.
Keep updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and retirement product developments.
Meet performance and quality targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
