About the role
Job Description
The Finance Business Partner for Core CI and Tenders partners with the Managing Directors and Senior Finance Business Partner to support the financial performance of two main teams within the ANZ portfolio. You will manage forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and performance analysis while providing commercial insights that support sustainable and profitable growth. This role will report to EMAP Regional FP&A & Transformation, APAC Revenue and Cost
- Financial planning and performance
- You will lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial reporting for the assigned teams, providing clear insights into performance and longer-term financial outcomes.
- Commercial and strategic support
- You will partner with Managing Directors and leadership teams on pricing, sales bids, investment proposals, commercial structures, cost optimisation, and other decisions that support profitable growth.
- Analysis
- Work with the Senior Finance Business Partner to deliver consolidated reporting. Develop financial models for plans, product profitability, vendor contracts, and efficiency opportunities.
- Team member partnership
- Build relationships across regional, and global finance teams. Communicate financial information and provide constructive advice and challenge to senior partners.
- Experience and capabilities
- Relevant finance experience, commercial judgement, analytical and Excel modelling skills. Experience with tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, or Tableau is beneficial.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7+ years working in Finance Department with relevant in-role work experience
- Appropriate Finance qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent
- Experience in standard financial tools and systems e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, and Tableau; Excel modelling skills with attention to detail as well as ability to see the bigger picture
