The employee in this position is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Construction Supervisors in completing designated building, renovation and repair projects. Specific responsibilities include: selecting vendors and contractors, review, approval and distribution of submittals & shop drawings, estimating, tracking spending for projects, quality assurance over completed project work, ordering supplies and materials, arranging and overseeing contractor installations, maintaining official documents for projects.Department Specific Job Details:
Shift: 6:30AM - 3:00PM, Monday - Friday.
