Responsibilities:
- Perform residential electrical service, repairs, troubleshooting, and installations
- Diagnose electrical issues and recommend safe, code-compliant solutions
- Inspect and service wiring, panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, and other electrical components
- Complete electrical safety inspections and preventative maintenance
- Install, repair, and replace residential electrical components and equipment
- Clearly explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners
- Follow all applicable safety requirements and electrical codes, including NEC standards
- Complete service notes and required job documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle
- Deliver professional, friendly, and customer-focused service on every call
Requirements:
- 3+ years of residential electrical service experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Thorough knowledge of residential electrical systems and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver tools, equipment, and materials as needed
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Experience with ServiceTitan, tablets, or field service software is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including assessments, interviews, background check, and drug screening (we do not test for cannabis)
