Mpower Direct is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to educate residents about energy efficiency programs and help them make cleaner, greener energy choices. Whether you’re new to sales or looking for a fresh start, we’ll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed.

Compensation
- Expected Annual Earnings: $55,000–$75,000 (base pay plus commission)
- Uncapped commission
- Weekend Bonus: Commission paid out 1.5X more on Sat-Sun
- Promotion Bonuses: +$5,200 with each promotion
- Drivers: weekly stipend for vehicle use, +$200 weekly
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.
- Educate residents on energy efficiency and green energy solutions
- Guide customers through the enrollment process
- Build strong communication and customer service skills
- Work alongside experienced leaders and mentors
- Contribute to a team focused on growth, integrity, and success
