Wil jij sleutelen aan hoogwaardige industriële installaties en mee het verschil maken op onze plant? Voor onze onderhoudsafdeling in Willebroek zoeken we een gedreven E&I Maintenance Technician.
Over de functie
Als E&I Maintenance Technician ben je een onmisbare schakel in de betrouwbaarheid en continue werking van ons machinepark. Je staat in voor het preventief onderhoud, storingsinterventies en kalibraties van elektrische installaties, meet- en regelapparatuur en testtoestellen. Je werkt nauw samen met de productieoperatoren en streeft continu naar optimalisaties en een veilige werkomgeving.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Preventief onderhoud: Uitvoeren van geplande onderhoudstaken volgens werkorders, waaronder inspecties, reiniging, kalibratie en herstellingen om storingen en stilstanden proactief te voorkomen.
- Curatief onderhoud & troubleshooting: Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van elektrische en instrumentatie-storingen aan productielijnen en randapparatuur; herstellen of vervangen van defecte componenten en het correct herafstellen van apparatuur.
- Instrumentatie & milieusturing: Afstellen en kalibreren van meet- en regeltoestellen in de werkplaats en in het veld (debiet-, druk- en niveaumeters, kleppen, sturingen), inclusief apparatuur voor milieubeheer en testinstrumenten.
- Veiligheid eerst: Strikt naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkvergunningen (LMRA, LOTO). Je stemt interventies nauw af met operatoren om ten allen tijde veilig te werken.
- Communicatie & registratie: Nauwkeurig registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en wisselstukken in het onderhoudssysteem en helder terugkoppelen over de machinestatus naar de productie- en onderhoudsteams.
Wie zoeken we?
- Je hebt een technisch diploma (A2 of Bachelor) in Elektriciteit, Elektromechanica, Automatisering of Meet- en Regeltechniek, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt ervaring met het onderhouden, kalibreren en troubleshooten van industriële elektrische installaties en instrumentatie.
- Veiligheid zit in je DNA; je werkt methodisch, ordelijk en volgt procedures nauwgezet op.
- Je bent communicatief, pragmatisch en werkt vlot zelfstandig én in teamverband.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands goed voor de dagelijkse operationele afstemming op de werkvloer.
