Description
Clinical Direct Support Professional
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Clinical Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide individualized support and care to people with clinical needs, helping them achieve greater independence, well-being, and quality of life.
As a Clinical DSP, you will assist with daily living activities, support healthcare needs, maintain documentation, and help create a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
Schedule: 24 Hrs Total/ Part Time Position
- Friday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Friday Overnight: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Saturday Overnight: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, medication management, and mobility support
- Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Monitor and document clients’ health status, behaviors, and progress
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote independence and well-being
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive and consistent care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for clients
- Follow all safety protocols and confidentiality policies
