Job Description
The Dishwasher @ BridgePoint at Los Altos ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of all dining ware and equipment used by the kitchen staff. As well as assist in some aspects of food preparation.
Full Time | Thursday-Monday
- Thursday + Friday | 7am-3:30pm
- Saturday-Monday | 11am-7:30pm
Pay Range | $20-22/hr DOE
Hiring Bonus | $1,000
What You’ll Do
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and storage spaces
- Operate and clean dishwashing equipment according to safety standards
- Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen floors and work areas
- Empty trash and maintain clean waste and recycling areas
- Inspect dishware and utensils and report damaged or unsafe items
- Assist with bussing tables and supporting dining operations as needed
- Transport supplies and equipment between storage and kitchen areas
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient kitchen operations
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of kitchen or utility experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help where needed
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Food Handler’s certification as required
