Primary responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Stakeholder Leadership

- Ensure content meets regulatory, legal, and medical requirements, supporting pre-launch, launch, and post-launch readiness
- Provide scientific onboarding content to training and commercialization teams so field and home office colleagues are prepared across all launch phases
- Drive reuse of content across markets, working with in-market learning leads to streamline processes and reduce duplication
3. Strategic Transformation & Delivery Partnerships
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives that change how scientific learning content is created, delivered, and maintained, protecting quality and compliance throughout
- Partner with Enterprise Learning and delivery partners to adopt new platforms, technologies, and operating models, with a focus on user experience, digital transformation, and long-term sustainability
- Set clear requirements, SME input, and review cycles for work delivered through partners, managing delivery risk and escalating enterprise-impacting trade-offs to the Senior Director with structured context and recommended options
