Director Product Management (m/f/d) 

As Director Product Management (f/m/d), you create technical solutions that support physicians in making better medical decisions. You decide where you work: remotely from anywhere in Germany, at one of our locations in Konstanz or Munich, or a hybrid mix.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You are responsible for the continuous development and expansion of our product portfolio, with a focus on growing reach, acquiring and engaging physicians, and introducing new commercial offerings for our clients. In doing so, you identify new business opportunities and deliver innovative solutions focused on creating the best possible experience for our audience.

• You organize and lead smart product development across the entire lifecycle — from product vision and implementation to measuring success.

• You are the primary point of contact for our internal users and advise them on defining requirements. You translate these into structured concepts and execute them with your cross-functional team of software engineering, UX/research, and UI design.

• You manage our internal and external software development partnerships in agile environments, represent stakeholder interests, and account for technical innovations as well as market changes.

• As part of the Medscape Professional Network, you are also responsible for initiatives that go beyond coliquio and are relevant to the group's entire DACH network.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• You are an experienced leader who can confidently lead, inspire, and enable cross-functional teams across various levels of experience and responsibility.

• You think strategically, communicate effectively across all company levels and departments, and actively foster alignment.

• You understand and own projects end-to-end, with the ability to dive deep into daily operations to identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and necessary decisions.

• You are well-versed in Product, UX, and Data Analytics, and can prioritize, lead, and communicate across disciplines.

• You work in a self-organized, structured, and analytical manner, bringing extensive experience in IT product and/or project management.

• With your strong technical understanding and focus on UX, you create exceptional solutions that delight users and achieve business goals.

• You are a dedicated team player who can inspire and persuade people in equal measure.

• You are familiar with various software development technologies and methodologies and understand the roles and responsibilities within an agile development process (e.g., Scrum).

• You naturally integrate AI into your daily routine, follow current developments, and independently leverage AI to optimize your tasks – always within the framework of our AI policy.

• You are articulate, a confident communicator, and would describe yourself as a decisive personality with a strong solution orientation.

• Excellent English skills as well as very good written and spoken German skills.
