About the role
Role Summary
At Pfizer, breakthroughs change patients' lives. In Specialty Care that means people living with rare and serious conditions, from ATTR amyloidosis and hemophilia to atopic dermatitis and vitiligo. Our Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) team turns data into the decisions that help these medicines reach the patients who need them, powered by a proprietary, AI-enabled analytics stack few commercial teams can match. As a senior strategist on IIS, you will be the insight-and-analytics engine behind how these brands grow.
Pfizer's Specialty Care Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) team is seeking a Director, Integrated Insights & Strategy who drives commercial brand strategy through the insights and analytics that inform it. Working across both marketing and sales for a priority Specialty Care brand or portfolio, this role frames the business problems, delivers the analyses that answer them, and enables competitive decision making.
The Director serves as a trusted thought partner to brand marketing, sales, and portfolio leadership, translating market dynamics, brand performance, field execution, and account intelligence into analyses that shape brand decisions and sharpen competitive advantage. They bring these questions to life with IIS-built capabilities and personally deliver the high-quality, timely insight that moves decisions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive brand consultant with a proven record of framing, designing, and delivering analytic solutions to challenging business situations. They pair in-depth command of multiple analytic disciplines with a sharp sense of what strong, timely insight looks like, and they bring exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a spirit of innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking that drives competitive advantage. A collaborative operator and an outstanding listener, they influence through the quality of their thinking, carry the presence to partner credibly with senior brand and portfolio leaders, and communicate with clarity and impact in writing and in the room.
Why IIS: What You'll Gain
- Work at the frontier of AI in commercial analytics. You will use and help shape IIS-built tools like ORBIT (our subnational performance platform) and AnalogueOS (our AI analogue-matching engine), and build the AI fluency that is fast becoming the most valuable skill in the field.
- Own the thinking, not the org chart. IIS runs a recognized individual-contributor career track where you advance through the depth of your craft and the impact of your work rather than headcount, and your analysis shapes the decisions brand and portfolio leaders make.
- A real seat at the table. You will partner directly with senior brand, sales, and portfolio leaders as a trusted thought partner rather than an order-taker.
- A culture built on curiosity. We reward the sharper question, out-of-the-box thinking, and genuine intellectual partnership over order-taking.
Role Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Insights & Analytics (Marketing)

- Partner with brand marketing leadership on the growth agenda, opportunity, and resource priorities, informing decisions with rigorous analysis.
- Deliver brand performance measurement and reporting (Control Rooms, ATCs) and drive QBRs using IIS models and dashboards.
- Support long-range forecasting and operating-plan framing (Forecasting 2.0), and design and direct primary market research to bring the customer voice into strategy.
Sales & Customer Engagement Insights & Analytics
- Serve as the analytics and insights partner to sales leadership, translating brand strategy into data-informed recommendations that strengthen field execution and market-share growth.
- Support the annual goal-alignment process with analysis that aligns marketing, sales, and account priorities.
- Bring the marketing and field views together into a single, connected read of the brand.
