Director, Agency Recruitment and Strategy

About the role

This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, strengthening the agency force, and building a strong talent pipeline to support long-term business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute agency recruitment strategies to grow manpower across target markets

• Develop the recruitment proposition and clearly articulate the Chubb edge to attract top agency talent

• Organize recruitment activities such as seminars, campaigns, incentive and agency engagement programs

• Identify, attract, and onboard qualified agency talent

• Build strong relationships with agency leaders and key stakeholders

• Work closely with other departments such as Agency Management, Branding & Marketing, Finance, Legal and Compliance and Global Office to support recruitment programs and events

• Develop agency leaders' capability in recruitment and management to strengthen agency growth and performance

• Review the recruitment process, establish standard procedures and approval flows, and enhance operational efficiencies

• Maintain dashboard tracking and reporting for management to support visibility of recruitment progress and performance

• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand the agency force

About you

• Over 10 years of experience in agency recruitment or agency development

• Good knowledge of agency structure, agency compensation, and recognition programs and recruitment packages

• Proven track record in agency recruitment, sales development, or distribution growth

• Strong network-building and relationship management skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing abilities

• Creative problem solver

• Self-motivated, a good team player, and able to work under pressure

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
