We are looking for an experienced Digital Solution Specialist, AI Business Process to help customers reinvent how their businesses operate using Microsoft AI Business Solutions.
This is a customer-facing sales role focused on helping organizations identify, prioritize and execute high-value business process transformation opportunities across Dynamics 365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents, Cowork, Power Platform and the broader Microsoft Cloud.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted business transformation advisor, engaging business and technology decision makers, connecting customer priorities to Microsoft solutions, developing qualified opportunities and orchestrating Microsoft teams and partners to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative, customer-focused conversations to identify opportunities to reinvent business processes using AI, agents and Microsoft business applications.
- Build and progress pipeline across Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM and Service, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Cowork and agentic business process solutions.
- Engage senior business and technology decision makers to understand strategic priorities, business challenges and processes that can be transformed through AI.
- Develop an account-specific point of view that connects customer business outcomes with Microsoft technology, moving the conversation beyond individual products toward end-to-end business transformation.
- Lead value-based discovery and articulate the business case, measurable outcomes, ROI and competitive differentiation of Microsoft solutions.
- Own the business decision and commercial sales motion, orchestrating Digital Solution Engineers, account teams, Customer Success, partners and other Microsoft specialists to progress opportunities from discovery through commitment and consumption.
- Identify opportunities within existing Copilot and Dynamics 365 customers to expand into Cowork, Copilot Studio, agents, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, turning AI adoption into broader business process transformation.
- Develop strategies to compete effectively against platforms including SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and other ERP, CRM and AI platforms.
- Work closely with Microsoft partners to develop and execute joint customer plans, accelerate solution adoption and scale customer transformation.
- Maintain disciplined opportunity and pipeline management, accurately qualifying opportunities, progressing milestones and ensuring strong execution through the Microsoft sales methodology.
- Stay current on developments across AI, agentic business applications and enterprise business processes and translate Microsoft's innovation into compelling customer conversations.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong experience in enterprise technology, business applications, SaaS, cloud solutions, consulting or solution sales.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior business and technology decision makers and lead complex, consultative sales conversations.
- Strong understanding of business processes across areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service or enterprise operations.
- Ability to translate technology into measurable business value and articulate compelling transformation and ROI propositions.
- Experience developing and managing complex opportunities involving multiple customer stakeholders, internal teams and ecosystem partners.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents or comparable ERP/CRM/business application platforms.
- Understanding of competitive platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle or other enterprise business applications.
- Experience selling or consulting on digital transformation, ERP/CRM modernization, AI transformation or business process automation.
- Experience working with system integrators and technology partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market and customer strategies.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means becoming a trusted transformation advisor to customers, identifying high-impact business processes that can be reinvented with AI, building and progressing quality pipeline, winning competitive opportunities, and ultimately driving revenue, adoption, usage and consumption from Microsoft AI Business Solutions.
This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
