Huron is seeking a meticulous and experienced Salesforce BA to join our fast growing Public Sector team. This role will support a federal civilian space sector client in a complex, mission driven environment focused on quality assurance, secure application delivery, release readiness, and reliable platform performance.
This individual will work through Huron in a multi partner delivery environment, collaborating with client stakeholders, partner teams, developers, business analysts, and product owners to validate Salesforce based solutions and help ensure high quality outcomes across the delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, OmniStudio components, and integrations
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions
• Validate solutions across Public Sector Solutions, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio
• Test OmniStudio capabilities including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
• Identify, document, track, and help drive resolution of defects and issues in collaboration with developers and technical leads
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Conduct user acceptance testing support and assist end users during validation and release activities
• Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, scripts, traceability, and defect tracking artifacts
• Participate in Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives
• Help ensure testing supports secure, compliant, and production ready releases in public sector environments
• Stay current on Salesforce platform changes, testing best practices, and delivery quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce BA or similar
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and development concepts, including workflows, validation rules, custom objects, and core platform functionality
• Experience testing Salesforce based solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and OmniStudio
• Familiarity with OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
• Experience with test management software and tools such as qTest, Zephyr, or similar platforms
• Experience testing within Agile delivery environments
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem solving skills
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications and integrations
• Experience with SOQL, relational databases, and data validation techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal civilian agencies or similarly regulated public sector organizations
• Familiarity with GovCloud, FedRAMP aligned environments, identity and access controls, and compliance driven delivery
• Experience designing or supporting automated testing approaches for Salesforce environments
• Experience supporting testing in environments with strong cybersecurity, privacy, auditability, and operational governance requirements
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile and/or ITIL aligned delivery environments
• Experience supporting distributed implementation teams in a multi partner setting

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder are strongly preferred
• Additional certifications related to QA, test automation, OmniStudio, or public sector delivery are a plus

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain required background investigation and access credentials for a federal client environment

• Certain responsibilities may require the ability to satisfy elevated investigation, privileged access, or security related requirements depending on role assignment

Working Environment

This role is expected to support a primarily remote delivery model, with occasional travel as required by client or program needs. Team members should be comfortable working across distributed teams and coordinating within structured delivery, governance, and reporting processes.
