Huron is seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Solutions consultant to join our fast growing Public Sector team. This role will support a federal civilian space sector client in a complex, mission driven environment focused on application modernization, platform enhancement, secure service delivery, and long term operational excellence.

This individual will work through Huron in a multi partner delivery environment, collaborating closely with client stakeholders, partner teams, and cross functional technical resources to design, build, enhance, and sustain Salesforce based solutions. Fixed-Term Salaried Consultant

• Collaborate with project leadership, client stakeholders, and team members to support the successful delivery of client engagements and strategic initiatives.
• Operate within established project governance, delivery methodologies, timelines, and quality standards.
• Serve as an integrated member of cross-functional teams, contributing to planning, execution, problem-solving, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support client-facing activities, which may include workshops, analysis, implementation, process improvement, solution optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
• Apply relevant functional, industry, or technical expertise to address client needs and support project outcomes.
• Adapt to evolving project priorities and responsibilities based on client and business needs.

Employment Structure

• Fixed-term, salaried employment with the consulting firm for a defined period based on anticipated business and project needs.
• The consulting firm manages compensation, performance management, HR-related matters, and other aspects of the employment relationship.
• Assignment to specific projects, clients, or responsibilities may evolve during the fixed-term employment period based on business needs.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience supporting consulting engagements, transformation initiatives, implementations, operational improvement, or other complex projects is highly relevant.
• Experience working in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments with defined governance, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Relevant industry, functional, or technical expertise based on the needs of the engagement.
• Ability to quickly integrate into established teams, work effectively with client stakeholders, and contribute to project delivery with limited ramp-up time.Collaborate closely with program leadership and client stakeholders to support successful delivery of a large-scale healthcare initiative

  Participate as an integrated member of a cross-functional program team, contributing to planning, execution, and continuous improvement activities

Digital:

Supports client-facing digital and technology initiatives as part of a cross-functional consulting team. Responsibilities may include solution design, application development, platform configuration, business analysis, systems integration, testing, implementation, optimization, and ongoing technology support. Works within established project governance, Agile delivery practices, technical standards, and quality expectations.

Candidates should have relevant experience supporting digital transformation, technology implementation, application modernization, or enterprise technology initiatives, with functional or technical expertise aligned to the assigned role. This is a fixed-term, salaried position, with project assignments and responsibilities based on business and client needs.
