Overview
Takeout and Delivery Counter Attendant
The takeout counter attendants play the important role of being the first impression of the restaurant to our Guests over the phone and when they are picking up orders. With an upbeat attitude, they ensure that our guests orders are placed based on their needs and food preferences. They are responsible for taking all delivery and takeout orders and handing out the correct orders to each customer. They also coordinate with delivery drivers ensuring they take the correct orders and correct issues or changes with orders.
The delivery/takeout counter attendant is accountable for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They demonstrate and believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture while taking extra care to ring in guests allergies and ensure guests can get what they want while keeping in line with our kitchens limitations.
This is an Evening Position Only, applicants must be able to work until close (12am or 1 am depending on the weekday)
