Job Description:
Position Type: Full-Time, Paid Internship
Compensation: $20/hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Duration: Ongoing / Flexible
Position Overview
Maxinsights is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Data Operations Interns to support our Data Operations Manager and Operations team. This hands-on role involves data collection, equipment management, quality assurance, and general operational support to help projects run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Data Collection: Perform hands-on video data collection using specialized equipment and project SOPs.
• Quality Assurance: Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
• Equipment Management: Assist with setup, testing, inventory, shipping, and troubleshooting.
• Operational Support: Support daily tasks, administrative activities, and special projects.
• Data Organization: Maintain files, spreadsheets, trackers, and project documentation.
• Project Coordination: Track deliverables, monitor progress, and communicate updates.
• Process Improvement: Identify issues and help improve operational workflows.
• Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other tasks as needed to support Operations.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in technical operations, data collection, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
• Able to learn new hardware, software, and technical equipment.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in AI, robotics, technology, or operations is a plus.
• Current students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
