About the role
About Prosper Global:
Barely enough is not enough for anyone. Prosper Global is a humanitarian organization working alongside communities facing conflict, climate change, and economic hardship to meet urgent needs and create the conditions for lasting progress. Today's challenges demand new solutions, so we pair local knowledge with global resources to help communities build what's needed, test what's possible, and scale what's proven so that people everywhere can pursue a full life on their own terms. In 2026, we changed our name from Mercy Corps to Prosper Global, to reflect our belief that when every community can prosper, all of humanity moves forward.
In Ukraine, Prosper Global supports war-affected communities to cope, adapt, and thrive by strengthening the resilience of people, markets, and institutions. Since 2022, we have reached more than 1.5 million people through humanitarian assistance and economic recovery programming, including support to small businesses, farmers, and agribusinesses. Through market-based approaches, partnerships with civil society organizations, and innovative financing mechanisms, we advance sustainable economic opportunities, inclusive growth and energy and climate resilience. Accountability, localization, and partnership are central to our approach, ensuring that programs are responsive to the needs and priorities of the communities we serve.
The Position
The Data Automation Manager leads the Data Automation Team and owns the technical side of managing Prosper Global's portfolio-wide data ecosystem, integrating partner and program data, enabling analysis and visualization, and demonstrating impact across the entire portfolio.
The team ensures that Prosper Global can effectively collect, process, integrate, analyze and use data from both Prosper Global and partner systems to support evidence-based decision-making, organizational learning, accountability, donor reporting and external communication. Through data automation, analytics and visualization, the team enables staff and partners to access timely, reliable information that demonstrates results and impact at project, program and portfolio levels. The Data Automation Manager operates within Prosper Global Ukraine’s Technical Support, Evidence and Program Quality (TEQ) Department, which provides technical leadership and quality assurance across the organization’s portfolio. The TEQ Department brings together Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) teams across the portfolio, the Community Accountability and Reporting Mechanism (CARM) team, the Social Inclusion and Protection Mainstreaming team, and the Data Automation Team. Together, these functions ensure that Prosper Global programs are high quality, accountable to participants and stakeholders, and continuously informed by evidence, learning, and participant feedback.
