About the role
Cyber Threat Adversary Analysis, Senior Analyst
Luton | Full-time | Hybrid
20% bonus • 7% pension • Staff travel benefits
You think like an adversary, test assumptions and turn complex threat behaviour into clear defensive action.
You combine deep technical analysis with strong judgement and crisp communication. If you’re motivated by understanding how attacks could unfold, validating where controls work and helping teams close the gaps that matter most, this role gives you the scope to make a measurable difference.
The opportunity
As a senior member of our Cyber Threat Adversary Analysis team within Continuous Threat Exposure Management, you’ll lead hands-on analysis of the adversaries and attack paths most relevant to easyJet.
You’ll build evidence-led threat assessments, validate hypotheses through breach and attack-style testing where appropriate, and translate the results into prioritised improvements across exposure management, detection and response.
“The best analysis does more than describe a threat. It shows how an attack could reach us, proves what our controls would do and gives teams a clear next action. We’re looking for someone who brings technical depth, curiosity and the confidence to make that insight count.” CTAA Lead, easyJet
The team & culture
You’ll work with the CTAA Lead and collaborate closely with Cyber Threat Intelligence, the Security Operations Centre, Attack Surface Management and Engineering. Together, you’ll connect threat insight with the reality of easyJet’s environment and controls.
This is a team that values curiosity, rigour and practical outcomes. You’ll have the space to challenge assumptions, share repeatable methods and help strengthen threat-led thinking across the wider cyber capability.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll profile relevant threat actors and create clear kill-chain and attack-path narratives, documenting the assumptions, evidence and confidence behind your conclusions.
You’ll test threat hypotheses and confirm how controls behave in realistic scenarios, identifying where prevention or detection is weak, missing or unreliable and explaining the operational impact.
You’ll turn findings into prioritised exposure-reduction inputs, detection use-case recommendations and practical context for SOC tuning, triage and response readiness. You’ll also maintain repeatable scenarios, templates and validation methods that raise consistency across the team.
