About the role
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, and metalwork.
Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
Sweeps, mops, waxes, and polishes floor.
Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
Dusts furniture and equipment.
Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels and sills.
Empties and cleans wastebaskets and outside ashtrays.
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Replenishes bathroom supplies.
Replaces light bulbs.
Keeps sidewalks and lawn clean and free of litter.
Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
Sets up tables and chairs as requested for events, training and/or meetings.
Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
Self-motivated and a team player
Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
