Das bewegst Du bei uns

• Annahme, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen sowie Erfassung und Registrierung der Proben in unserem Laborinformationsmanagementsystem (LIMS)
• Entgegennahme, Kontrolle und Zuordnung eingehender Proben und Lieferungen
• Organisation und Koordination des internen Probenflusses sowie termingerechte Verteilung der Proben an die zuständigen Laborbereiche
• Koordination und Durchführung des internen und externen Probenversands einschließlich der Versandvorbereitung und Dokumentation
• Verwaltung der Lagerung und fachgerechte Archivierung von Proben sowie Koordination der Probenbereitstellung und auslagerung
• Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe an den Schnittstellen zu Kundenbetreuung, Probenvorbereitung und den Laborbereichen

Das bringst Du mit

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als CTA (Chemisch-technischer Assistent), BTA (Biologisch-technischer Assistent), Laborant (m/w/d) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung im Labor- oder Logistikumfeld
• Quereinsteiger*innen sind willkommen – wir bieten eine sorgfältige Einarbeitung
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem Laborinformationsmanagementsystem (LIMS) von Vorteil
• Verständnis für organisatorische und logistische Prozesse sowie Freude an der Koordination unterschiedlicher Arbeitsabläufe
• Zuverlässige, selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent sowie Teamfähigkeit
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit, insbesondere bei der Probenverwaltung und Dokumentation
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau, die eine sichere Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag ermöglichen
• Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
