Webbs Reserve, located in Fort Meyers, Florida is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Court Sports Shop Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
- Welcome and assist members and guests at the tennis courts with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage court reservations, equipment rentals, and accurately process fees.
- Answer incoming calls and provide helpful information regarding tennis programs and services.
- Enforce club rules and ensure proper use of facilities and equipment.
- Conduct daily inspections of courts and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Support the maintenance team in keeping courts in top playing condition.
- Represent the club positively at local and regional tennis events when possible.
- Maintain a clean and organized tennis shop environment.
- Promote a culture of safety and service excellence.
- Previous experience in tennis operations, and customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Frequently stands, walks, uses hands; talks and hears, reaches with hands and arms, climbs, balances; stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. Occasionally sits. Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
