We're excited to offer a limited-time $500 retention bonus opportunity for eligible Cooks and Dishwashers joining our MCO team!
How It Works:
$500 Retention Bonus: Eligible employees may qualify after completing 60 days of employment from their hire date.
Employment Requirements: Employees must remain actively employed and maintain satisfactory performance.
Limited Availability: This special bonus program is capped at approximately 30 employees.
Eligibility Confirmation: OTG will make the final determination of eligibility. Please contact your HR leader upon hire to confirm whether you qualify.
Employees become eligible for consideration after completing 60 days of employment from their hire date. Eligibility may also depend on length of service in the role, active employment status, and satisfactory performance. Bonus payments are not guaranteed and are subject to OTG's final eligibility determination.
