About the role
LRS Federal is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to join our team in Kerrville, TX. This position will be responsible for leading construction and estimating for an upcoming project that would be supporting a large Federal project, prior experience working with the GSA or similar federal agency is highly preferred.
Qualification Requirements
Minimum Education & Experience
- Education / Alternate Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- OR a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience (subject to Government approval) in lieu of a degree.
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Track Record: Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager or in Estimating on at least three (3) projects of similar size and complexity.
- Specialized Experience: Experience with federal facilities or similarly regulated environments is preferred.

- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- Certified Healthcare Construction (CHC)
- Professional Engineer (PE)
- Registered Architect (RA)
