The Commercial Tire Technician plays an important role in our daily operations, with the primary responsibility of safely and efficiently delivering tires to our customers throughout Michigan. This position primarily involves operating a box truck, with occasional use of other company vehicles, including heavy-duty pickup trucks and gooseneck trailers. Daily responsibilities include loading, unloading, transporting, and stacking tires weighing between 50–100 pounds.

While tire delivery will be the main focus of this position, the Commercial Tire Technician will also assist with mounting, dismounting, repairing, and patching commercial truck and agricultural tires, as well as providing roadside and after-hours emergency tire service when needed.

We provide extensive hands-on training from experienced industry professionals, giving employees the opportunity to develop valuable skills and grow within the commercial tire industry.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and experience operating vehicles and trailers of various sizes. Previous commercial or OTR tire experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Chauffer's License and Medical D.O.T card (preferred)
• Integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude

• Team ability and strong communication skills
• A clean driving record
• The physical ability to lift 50-100 pounds routinely
• A willingness to work overtime when necessary
• Being absolutely unwilling to compromise personal integrity and business ethics for any reason
• Prior commercial driving experience (preferred)
• Prior commercial tire service experience (preferred)
