About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Site Partnerships & Enablement Manager based in the United States.
The Clinical Site Partnerships & Enablement Manager will play a key role in expanding access to clinical research through strategic community-based healthcare partnerships. Acting as the primary point of contact for site owners and staff, you will build trusted relationships and ensure partners receive the guidance and support they need. You will also monitor partnership performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the development of scalable processes as the network grows. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a patient-centered clinical research model that makes clinical trials more accessible, convenient, and inclusive.

- Evaluate potential partners based on organizational fit, operational capabilities, patient populations, staffing, available space, workflows, and potential clinical study opportunities.
- Present the partnership model, value proposition, expectations, and available support services to prospective partners, guiding discussions from initial interest through internal evaluation, approvals, and agreement execution.
- Lead and manage lease negotiations for prospective partner sites, collaborating with Finance leadership, the Chief Financial Officer, internal stakeholders, and Legal Counsel when necessary.

- Collaborate with Practice Operations, Logistics, Talent Acquisition, Clinical Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Feasibility, and Finance teams to address operational requirements and prepare each site for launch.
- Ensure appropriate processes, resources, training, and documentation are in place before new partners begin operations.
- Identify potential implementation barriers early, coordinate solutions, and keep internal teams and external partners informed throughout the process.
- Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of onboarding procedures as the partner network expands.
- Partner Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for site owners and staff, connecting partners with the appropriate internal teams, resources, and support.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
- Understand partner needs, collect feedback, coordinate timely responses, and ensure partners clearly understand operational processes, available support, and relevant expectations.
- Monitor partner satisfaction and engagement, identify potential concerns or opportunities, and escalate issues when necessary to strengthen long-term relationships and retention.
- Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Track partnership pipeline activity, onboarding progress, launch readiness, and ongoing partner requirements.
- Share relevant partner insights and site-level information with Feasibility and Site Network teams to support strategic planning and identify potential study opportunities.
- Help establish and monitor partnership performance indicators, including onboarding milestones, communication responsiveness, partner feedback, and ongoing engagement.
- Identify recurring operational challenges and collaborate with internal teams to improve partner-facing processes and the overall site experience.
- Maintain accurate records of partner communications, agreements, decisions, commitments, and follow-up actions.
- At least five years of professional experience in partnership development, business development, healthcare operations, clinical research, site networks, or a related field.
