About the role
Clinical Dietitian III – Orange County (On-Site) – Irvine, CA
Bring your diabetes expertise to a role where nutrition makes a meaningful difference. Diabetes experience is preferred.
Join the transformative team at City of Hope and use your expertise to help change lives. Across our growing national system—including our Los Angeles campus, Southern California clinical care locations, new Orange County cancer center, and treatment facilities in Atlanta, Chicago, and Phoenix—compassionate professionals are advancing the fight against cancer, diabetes, and other life-threatening illnesses. Here, your work supports one shared mission: delivering tomorrow’s cures to the people who need them today.
Take the next step in your clinical nutrition career in a role that combines autonomy, complex patient care, education, and team leadership. As a Clinical Dietitian III, you will independently assess nutritional needs, design individualized menus and diet-therapy plans, and help patients and families confidently continue care after discharge. You will guide patients at nutritional risk toward meaningful goals through counseling and follow-up, oversee the Diet Technician, coach fellow professionals, and serve as a trusted nutrition resource for colleagues and the community.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
· Create a positive experience by delivering accurate, reliable, courteous, and timely service.
· Deliver compassionate care that reflects professional standards and City of Hope’s mission and values.
· Apply your expertise in age-specific care and nutrition management to meet diverse patient needs.
