Description
Looking for a direct support provider to work 8 hours weekly for a young Woman with Down Syndrome - $20/hr. Hours will vary. Client is very friendly and looking for a compassionate individual to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with diverse needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Support clients in developing and maintaining independence skills
- Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of clinical staff
- Monitor and document clients’ progress, behaviors, and health status
- Foster a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients
- Collaborate with team members, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Respond promptly to clients’ needs and emergencies, following established protocols
