White Oak Manor of Waxhaw is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and motivated LPN or RN to join our team as a full-time Charge Nurse. This position plays an important role in providing quality, person-centered nursing care while supporting our residents, families, and nursing team.

• The ability to build professional relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, referral sources, and vendors

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license, active and in good standing
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
